Hayden Panettiere: Birthday Girl!
After registering to vote, “Heroes” star cheerleader celebrated her 18th birthday on August 21st, after arriving home from her appearance on David Letterman the night before, on August 20.
About 75 guests showed up at LG House in Malibu to wish Hayden a “Happy Birthday.” Guests included: her boyfriend, Stephen Colletti, Rumer Willis (Bruce and Demi’s daughter), Adrian Pasdar and his wife Natalie Maines (of the Dixie Chicks), Milo Ventimiglia, Greg Grunberg, Zachary Quinto, Mario Lopez, and new Heroes cast member Kristen Bell (formerly of “Veronica Mars”).

The menu was a smorgasbord of Italian pasta and Japanese sushi. A red velvet birthday cake was decorated with pink frosting and topped with a gold crown. It sounds like Panettiere could have used some superhuman help when she blew out the candles. A fellow guest reports it took her five tries to blow them all out.
