Former child star and troubled young actress Lindsay Lohan turns 22 today.
She was spotted earlier today with her BFF, DJ Samantha Ronson, shopping at Cartier in Beverly Hills, as well as checking out diamonds at XIV Karats. Maybe Lohan got some diamonds for her b-day? The ladies then had lunch, dining at LaScala. Photos we found feature LiLo wearing a pink, black, and white spotted flowy blouse, black leggings, black heels, and a black purse.
